I can't remember everything they wrote, but I do remember it saying alot about setting up boundaries in your life. Which means sometimes you have to say "no". There's nothing wrong with "no", especially if it means you are preserving your mental health and well being. :D<br /><br />And I know what you mean about quiet. I've stopped watching alot of television lately. Even stopped watching alot of christian programs as well. I used to have it on for background noise. (And sometimes to shut out my own feelings on things that have happened to me in a day or a week). But lately, it's just been nice and quiet. TV free. And it's nice. And I can hear God more.
