Moving forward from setting goals!

 A few months ago i gave up (fasted) from tv for a month...

A lot of people talk about how even though they like being closer to God during fasting, which i did, for the first three weeks EVERY day i said "i miss tv so much"

After a long day i love to watch a show (or a few) to relax. 

I got in some good habits during that month and rested. I was in bed on time, got good rest. 

Thinking about some goals and the benefits of that week, I decided that no tv after 8pm (thank God for streaming!) and in that time i will prepare for success in different ways

So yesterday i started (and ran out of time to do the Rosetta Stone) but that doesn't mean i failed because i was working in the garden and got the grass cut! It just means i was working on a different goal lol

So today I'll make sure i work on it and maybe even an extra lesson.


This is my new 8pm routine:

Rosetta Stone 

Pack swim bag

Lunch 

Dinner the next day 

Run dishwasher


All these things prepare me for success in different ways. 

Rosetta helps me to better communicate with the plants in Mexico and you never know when there will be a trip to Guatemala in my future! 

Swimming - well you know!

Meals help me stay on track 

And a great life hack is to run the dishwasher while you sleep so when you wake up you have clean dishes! 


Setting myself for less stressful days and growth!
