A few things

Fuel is awesome! I can't believe how it blesses me...

on my way to work, I heard that Rhonda Hart from the WMUZ morning show passed away last night. Maybe it shouldn't be a big deal, right? have you ever met her? She's amazing. I would send prayer requests to her (many that you have forwarded to me) and she would send back a note letting me know that she was praying. She gave me a book about single parenting when she learned i was a single parent. I'm gonna miss her. See you in heaven, Rhonda.

and lastly, I've had my fill of the WW in Farmington. It's my Thursday check in. I never liked the coach, her name is Holly. UGH! I tried. I paid $51/month to step on a scale. I never went to her meetings because we really didn't care for her. I might re-sign up in Sgate, but I won't sign up in Farmington, though I will go and cheer my friend on! Holly sent me a note this week, after my almost 3 pound gain, that had to be a mistake, there is no way I ate over 10,000 extra calories last week. her letter started (and I quote) "dear Margie, taking on responsibility of losing weight is one of the great challenges of our lives"... it goes on about potholes and digging in, and blah blah. There are weeks when I deserve to gain, there are weeks when I know I worked hard at losing, and there are weeks, that I should stay the same. I have a new phrase, and I've been using it quite often. Holly- 2 words for you... BITE ME

Hi, I just happend across your blog while doing a search on Rhonda Hart, and my comment is completely unrelated to her!
I'm doing WW too, and since moving to this area (Livonia) I've chosen to do it online, rather than go to the meetings. I tried the meetings, actually I think they were the ones in Farmington, and I have to agree w/ you about the coaches! Ack! Hang in there, I'm sure you're doing great :)
