Ok, let's face it, I got no real talent. The world could lose me most people wouldn't even blink their eyes twice, a handful of people might cry for a little while, but this world would keep on moving.
I do not want you to comment that I do have talent. I may have no real talent, one that the world thinks is great, I have one very important thing, LOVE. Spell it with me L-O-V-E. I read a verse yesterday. A tree is recognized by it's fruit. Matthew 12:33
I am not a great singer, so my tree doesn't have notes hanging from it. I am not really a great writer, so no letters hanging from my tree. I have no talent for becoming rich, so no dollar signs, but by golly (yes, I am a total nerd), there are hearts hanging from my tree. Because I love. I read Sara's blog about quitting her job, and instantly started to pray for her because... I love her. I look in on my daughter in the morning and see her sleeping and I thank God for her, because I love her. I run a hard race for the youth, and I will go toe to toe with anyone who says a harsh word about "my" kids because... I love them. There's a million people my heart opens up for, I could list them all, but I won't.
I guess I'm just saying we all gotta be who we gotta be, and we need to be who we are, and my tree, it grows hearts. We love because He loved us first.
