Worship Wednesday

Yesterday was Worship Wednesday. I took the evening to train for my Breast Cancer walk. I thought I walked 5 miles but after using google pedometer, found out I only walked 3.98 miles. Walked from my house to Goddard, to Biddle, to Emmons, and back home again. Praise music blasting like nuts! I saw so many cool things when I was walking, I will try to post them another day, I wanted to take pictures of the scenary, how it is going to change over the summer. Phyllis has my camera so you'll have to wait. It should be really cool to see how it progresses (and how I progress).
I did a lot of praying and praising.
Arlene seemed to be on my mind a lot of the time. I thought about how today is the last day of 8th grade for Phyllis, and how the time has flown by. And all the blessings in these years.
I wondered if anyone would be at the end of route on the last day when I finish. I started to get all wierded out, but I figured if I end it by myself, my mom will be there cheering me on.
I was singing like nuts, first Rescue is coming by Crowder, thought about
KayMac and the concert next week (I CAN'T WAIT!), When the Rain Comes, thought about Mike & Dean, prayed for Mike's church and the Smith/Trent Family. Your love is extravagent, reminded me of Dawn and how she sang it on my birthday at church as special music, and her sister Sue (who are my sisters by a different mother but same Father (meaning God) and Gramma Crouch (their mom) prayed for her health. How Great is Our God, I sang this one at the top of my lungs (I am quite sure I scared and scarred the guy who heard me singing). There were many more songs and many more prayers over and over.
3.98 miles (my dad did something and I thought he said it was 5!) but not bad in 1 hour and 9 minutes. one more day of that, and I am moving up to 5- but I will do my own routing.

Deut 5:33 Walk in all the way that the LORD your God has commanded you, so that you may live and prosper and prolong your days in the land that you will possess.

P.S. I've raised $768 so far!!

What a great day. Walked off pounds - praised the Lord - lifted people in prayer - I'd say you really went the distance!
