John 3:3 In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.

It's that time of year! Easter! I love Easter.

Phyllis and I have been talking about people we love and wondering if we are going to see them in Heaven. Not in a judgemental way, in a concerned way. Sometimes I just don't know what to say to them. "you're going to HELL in a handbasket" really doesn't seem all that appropiate. And often I wish that "JESUS WOULD JUST COME NOW", but then I think of some of the people I love who do not love Jesus and I think "I'll really miss them".

Often I think that people don't always see the best part of me. The Jesus part of me. Too often my flesh is "hanging out" and Jesus is in there "somewhere". And so it means that everyday I must die to myself, and live for Him. You'd think it would be that easy, wouldn't you? God is so much bigger and better than me, why does my flesh sometimes feel like this giant mountain I have to overcome? Why is it so hard to drop me and pick up Him?

Maybe it's not them who needs to change the way they see me, maybe it's me who needs to change the way I'm seen.

Acts 22:15 You will be his witness to all men of what you have seen and heard.
