I resolve

Mother's Day is often difficult for me, this year it's 40 years without my momma but I choose to make it a good day! Every day is a gift and sometimes we have to remember that often the grass is greenest in the valley. And it's beautiful in the valley.

To focus on things I have not things (or people) I don't

I choose sunshine over rain

To hug a little harder to people who are missing their moms whether to be because of death or other choices

I choose to love me

To smile bigger

To be happy that I found my favorite summer shoes (even if someone else might not like them)

To be super thankful that I'm a momma
